Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items, personalized products, intimate items, consumables, and gift cards.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@taileno.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Return shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

Non-delivery / refused packages
If a package is refused or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping fees may not be refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process it.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us at support@taileno.com for exchange requests.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it may no longer be canceled.
